噴涂(拋光)、除銹后，可延長(zhǎng)濟(jì)南鍍鋅鋼管外表面的物理吸附效果，提高防腐涂層與管道外表面的機(jī)械結(jié)合效果。因此，噴霧除銹是一種理想的除銹方式。噴丸處理一般主要用于管道內(nèi)部和外部處理，噴丸處理主要用于管道表面處理。

首先，用鋼絲刷對(duì)濟(jì)南鍍鋅鋼管表面進(jìn)行拋光，去除疏松或拉長(zhǎng)的氧化皮、鐵銹、焊渣等。手動(dòng)工具的除銹能力可達(dá)SA2級(jí)，電動(dòng)工具的除銹能力可達(dá)SA3級(jí)。如果鋼表面附著強(qiáng)氧化鐵垢，除銹效果不理想，無(wú)法獲得耐腐蝕結(jié)構(gòu)所需的錨固深度。

It can be used for sandblasting after pickling, chemical pickling for anticorrosion of Jinan galvanized steel pipe, removal and derusting of oxide scale, rust and old coating. Chemical cleaning may inevitably look clean and rough, but the anchoring mode is shallow and vulnerable to contamination.
